The ideal candidate will have extensive experience resolving client issues and providing solutions regarding the day-to-day sales and marketing efforts of the company.
Responsibilities include processing internet sales, handling customer inquiries and fulfilling customer requests via email or phone. The Customer Service Representative will also manage client retention and upsell opportunities, collections issues and customer tracking. Additional special projects may be assigned, with a strong customer focus relating to the sales and marketing operations of the company.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service/client relations skills, be an independent self-starter and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
