You’re not alone. There is an undeniable wave of transition right now – especially for female leaders. But we’re carrying more than ever, and new ventures require time and space. 

Come join me, Ali Brown, at REIGNITE — a private leadership retreat I’m hosting on November 12-14, 2024 at the stunning Ritz-Carlton Resort & Spa at Dove Mountain — just outside of Tucson, Arizona. 

At Reignite, our small group will work together in an intimate setting, enjoying a restorative environment adjacent to thousands of acres of natural desert preserve. Our mission is to fully explore what’s coming up for you and how you want to create it, clarify it, and then map out your best next steps for this new direction or project.

REIGNITE is designed for the elevated woman who:

• Feels she's already reached much of the success she’d envisioned, but now there’s something more on the horizon
• Has little time or space to fully explore and nurture new ideas, and knows she would thrive in an environment designed to do just that
• Knows she would benefit being in a curated group of leaders led by an experienced coach whose specialty is 'pulling out' and mapping out your key concepts and next steps... even for what you may not be able to put into words right now

Before we meet, you and I will have an individual call so I can get to know you personally, learn more about your business and thoughts and where you are headed. We’ll dialogue and I’ll give you some things to think about before the gathering; perhaps some ‘homework’ as well.

Once you arrive at the Ritz, we’ll be gathering in the late afternoon for a welcome reception and private dinner to get to know each other, as well as lay the foundation for the following two days. I can promise our group will be a nice mix of women from different industries who will each be bringing something unique to our table — I typically attract very accomplished leaders who are soul centered, grounded, and generous.

After an optional early morning hike, we’ll gather in our meeting room to work through sessions surrounding what we want to move away from and what we want to move toward. I’ll be debuting some new models of growth I’ve been working on, and posing some pointed and profound questions to think through and discuss. We’ll get clearer and clearer on what we want to create next, and then end with a private dinner that evening.

Using the clarity and direction that arose during the previous day, we’ll map out where we want to go from here… and all the possibilities. We’ll get clear on what needs to happen next — and  importantly who we need to BE — to turn that page for good and enter into that next chapter of  leadership. This day is about strong support, suggestions, and holding each other to the visions and plans we declare. We’ll end with a celebratory cocktail (or mocktail!) signifying our shifting into the new.

After we meet and have returned home, we’ll have an individual coaching call together to solidify your ideas and plans, answer lingering questions, and provide guidance on where to go next.

Our goal? To leave with new connections, new plans, and a new level of clarity + confidence as we enter this next great chapter of our lifetimes.

Reignite will be held at the stunning Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain, which is just outside of Tucson, Arizona.

This luxury resort is nestled in the high Sonoran Desert against the Tortolita Mountains in a striking canyon setting. It features a world class spa, multiple pools, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf, on-site hiking, biking, and geocaching trails, amazing stargazing, and five indoor and outdoor dining options.

For the last 10 years, when I’ve needed a personal retreat of my own, I’ve driven down to this resort from my home in Scottsdale. This property has been my own place of solace when I have needed to go think through big decisions (both business and life), develop new concepts, spend time writing, or map out new strategies in peaceful solitude. (Can I also share that it’s my favorite place to go catch up on SLEEP?! — the energy is very grounding, and I always leave rejuvenated!) I also love that there’s endless hiking right outside your door. 

And… pssst! Their bartenders make a killer prickly pear margarita.

To provide such a high-touch experience, you can imagine that spaces will be extremely limited — at this time, we only have 10-15 spots available. We’ll be together in a lovely lounge-style room with natural light, canyon views, and comfortable seating. 

For this type of curated retreat, the quality of the leaders in the room will be more important than the quantity. So a brief application will be required, and acceptance is not final until you have been notified.

Important Notes: Reignite is an experience designed for women who are well past the startup phases of their business and/or entrepreneurial career. While most of my offerings require a minimum of $1M in revenues to participate, Reignite is more flexible. But please be  generating over six-figures with your business, and embrace not being spoon-fed strategies, but instead being led through elevated concepts and questions to help you receive what you need along with powerful conversations among leaders.

 A seat at Reignite is $8,500 paid in full, or 3 installments of $2,950.

For many of my current clients (as well as myself), intense change has been in the air. And it has been for the last several years.
